SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your use of the SMS (text-message) program operated by ProLift Garage Doors LLC ("ProLift", "we", "us", or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and checking either of the SMS opt-in boxes on our website, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
ProLift Garage Doors LLC operates two text-message programs that you may opt in to independently:
- Marketing SMS — promotional offers, special discounts, and seasonal maintenance reminders. Up to approximately 4 messages per month.
- Transactional SMS — appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, service reminders, and job-status updates. Up to approximately 6 messages per service request.
You may opt in to either program, both, or neither. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ProLift Garage Doors LLC.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by visiting https://proliftgaragedoors.onpointprodoors.com/, providing your name, mobile phone number, and ZIP code, and actively checking one or both SMS consent boxes. The boxes are unchecked by default. Submitting the form without checking the boxes will not enroll you in any text-message program.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with our SMS program. Check your mobile plan with your carrier for details. ProLift Garage Doors LLC is not responsible for charges incurred from your wireless carrier.
4. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any text you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you want to receive messages from us again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again.

6. Carriers
Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ProLift Garage Doors LLC does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to any third party for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used solely by ProLift Garage Doors LLC to deliver the messages you opted in to receive.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have authorization to provide it. By opting in you confirm that you meet these requirements.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these SMS Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the SMS program or by posting on this page.
